      Primavera P6 (v8.3):Expert user of Primavera P6 (v.8.3). Extensively used web-based features in P6 Enterprise, as well as local features in P6 Standalone, for various day-to-day tasks, for different employers. Used P6 for creating schedules from scratch, updating current schedules, transforming schedules from MS Project, creating graphical and tabular reports of project progress, creating resource histograms and cash flow projections, analyzing time impact analyses, and controlling security features in P6 for multiple users within same enterprise.

Responsibilities on this position include supporting clients in reviewing schedule updates, change orders, TIAs (Time Impact Analysis), REAs (Requests for Equitable Adjustments, and What-If Scenarios. Communicate on a daily basis with client attorneys and project team to provide recommendations regarding scheduling issues and existing claims under disputes. Assist in creating expert reports and presentations to support clients in front of the court.

The project objective is to rehabilitate sewer systems that will extend the life of the aging sewer systems by renewing their pipes in multiple locations in Montgomery and Prince William counties. Responsibilities on this program include incorporating individual project schedules into the IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), maintaining the IMS according to evolving work requirements, resource and cost loading the schedule, and creating progress reports and cash flow projections for multiple project managers. Trained the client managers on the Primavera P6 software  

Challenges:                   Immense EPS (Enterprise Projects Structure) with more than 200 Projects, 1,000 WBS and 12,000 Activities constantly evolving according to client’s work requirements.

Responsibilities on this project include performing quality control, execution inspection, and as-built inspection over the preparation and delivery of pre-cast segments of the aerial portions of the new metro line.

Challenges:    Extreme low tolerance, strict client, and an outdoors working environment.
